No idea. Happy to read this group again, I guess. I don't know how people manage to keep a job going, take care of themselves and then post here.

Oddly enough I complain I'm too busy but I've started vaguely cooking again. I organised a surprise birthday bbq for HWWHWO, even though it was a very simple one, but it did work in the end.

Improvised dessert for warm weather: plenty of fresh rasp- and blueberries (shop ran out of strawberries), just a hint of sugar, a bit of orange blossom extract and then a layer of crumbled meringues. Of course there was a pot of whipped cream as well - it's very funny, you can serve more or less whatever you like to Brits as pudding but as long as there's custard or cream you get compliments. :)

It's always a good idea to ask, but I may answer the truth. :)

I make bread and freeze it - but always have a stock of rice cakes and Matzos against the day. We use very little milk - cereals and coffee once a day. I keep a stock...

That's a new one. :)

*blush*

Ooooh yes... Getting old but at the same time getting to be myself better and better.

Why couldn't you just say "Drink, it's a Merlot"?
