Oh, *sausages

Absolutely. You've obviously seen our two. They always seemed impervious to the sort of bugs which would give us the runs if nothing worse.

I did, however, accidently give them something which upset one of them once. They love yoghurt (they love anything except peas which they will lick individually until they've got all the gravy off) and they don't worry about the odd green bit. Our yoghurt is home made so doesn't have preservatives and other items of food engineering so does suffer from green bits once past a certain age. After I let them finish a bit of greening yoghurt (a treat) one of them was very peculiar, and from her behaviour I reckon she was hallucinating. She is normally a very affectionate but strong-willed dog, constantly challenging us for supremacy and full of bounce. That dog was cringing when I came near and there's no way she has ever been illtreated. It cleared in a couple of hours. The vet had no idea what could be growing in yoghurt which could have that effect and the dog was back to normal in a few hours but it was most peculiar and worrying when your animal suddenly looks at you with terror.
