Why are you living there?
Is Lockheed a UK Company? Does Lockheed benefit the UK? Does the people's being there benefit the UK in some way. If so, I reckon you can say that they are in (wherever) working for the benefit of UK so we have a responsibility to look after them. If not then why should a UK citizen risk getting his head blown off just because Lockheed staff happen to get a better deal (of whatever sort) by living there?
