I imagine that, as the Canadian navy hasn't anything in the area, the Canadian government will do the usual deal and use Royal Navy cover while getting its nationals out via chartered cruise ship, much as the US is doing, except they've got plenty of ships in the area but asking Hisbollah not to blast away at them isn't going to work...
