Rough Cornish Pasty 708Lyndon This made even me laugh, having seen a bunch or Cornish recipes before this one. Why is it they tell you how...
OT very Hoo hah on R4 about breasts 709Dunno. I'd have thought the terrible things were more likely to happen if the youngster never did; after all, surely children should get some idea of what they, or their counterparts...

Sorry about the delay in replying, but with work and home life I seem to be stretched too far.
Yes we had the contract for the special catering side due to our background and love for doing things right.
We ended up making 550 mini pasties, we tried to make them like regular pasties but being bite size we had a choice of being to small and all pastry or to big that they would not be finger food as they was supposed to be.
We ended up making them round and about two inches across to be honest they looked like mini flying saucers :-)) . I do not know who had the worst job, myself cutting rump steak slightly less than one eighth square or Gerry putting the things together.
We also ended up making 450 mini two and half inch across steak and Guinness pies, again the meat had to be a little less than a quarter inch dice .... same with the carrots and potatoes.
All in all every thing went off well and the feed back was very positive with evan a repeat performance a couple of months later.
