snip Entertaining. However, his recipes do work, even though he suggested in his latest book that we go out and buy puff pastry made with real butter. Ha Ha!! She is a perfect domestic science teacher. I like her books, which always work. If a recipe fails, she is great at helping to sort out what happened. By her own admission, most of her recipes are other people's. I tried not to like her but failed. A good writer. I have no idea whether he posted here or not. He did a good salmon book.

The galloping gourmet. I believe he went into religion but cannot be certain. Perhaps someone else knows. No comment on any of those because I have no experience of seeing them (apart for AM, whose book and video I purchased many moons ago).
