Caramel Banana Pie
1 can sweetened condensed milk (caramelized as above) 1-2 cup hot coffee, preferably, or hot water 1 8-inch crumb pie shell bananas 1-2 pint double cream, whipped and unsweetened
Cover bottom of pie shell with sliced bananas. Scoop caramelized milk into medium mixing bowl, add hot coffee and beat thoroughly until smooth. Pour into pie shell over bananas. Top with whipped cream and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
