A point is OK

we haven't conceded in 3 games, 2 of which were away, this is good but only after 10 games or so will we know how we're doing, ie - once the table settles down a bit. Today- somewhat on-off in the first half we played ok commanding possession in periods as well as taking some flak from Spurs.

at both ends getting knocked about. The Crouch goal was justifiably disallowed as was the (whatever the f*** his name is) Spurs one.

No one stood out performance wise as it was something of a team effort all round. Gerrard was a little quiet but I was fearing lacklustre performaces from a few players after all the international games.

Reina will not doubt get some flak for his bumble but more than made up

Sissoko made his presence(as he#s probably more offensive than Didi who was knockign about some decent long range pbuttes 1st half) felt once he started but overall we were looking for a point imo as the eye on goal wasn't quite fixed but more with a glance backwards. negatives- we haven't quite clicked as a unit yet. garcia was wasteful-caught in possession too often. far too early to say on Crouch ability-effectiveness.

positives. Riise looked in great form, far more effective than Zenden imo. Traore is back!!!!! we created some decent chances that were unfortunately spurned.

Match report via the BBC website Spurs debutant Gregor Rasiak and Liverpool's Peter Crouch both had goals disallowed as an exciting match at White Hart Lane ended...

so a point is ok from this game for me.
