In all my years of supporting this once great club, I have never ever known things to be so bad, and so much negativity being spoken, before a ball is kicked. We are sadly a spent force, when Rooney is sold, lets face it the club cant afford not to sell him, the vast majority of that money will only go to reduce the debt we are in. All the talk of four or five quality players coming in with the cash is way off the mark, the truth is we are in deep, deep pooe.
Since Kenwright took over we have gone from bad to worse, he is not the man to lead this club, he's an Evertonian with a few bob, and thats about it. The fact is, he didn't have the cash to buy the club in the first place, he had to borrow it. What sort of basis is that to take the club forward ?
I can see Kenwright on the bridge of his ship, the last day of the season...........going down. I hate to be so negative, but its the realist in me. :(
