I agree. Give the man a break. You can only start calling him a poor manager when there is real evidence for it.
Benitez 3948A few bad results are never enough to prove a manager weak. In the short term they prove nothing. But Raffa seemed to be carried away by his lucky CLC result and seems not...
If his transfer buys turn out to be ill judged. If he seems to have no idea of what type of side he wants. If he seems to be clueless about what his best side is. If he is unable to motivate his players. If after 15 months he is left stranded in the transfer market by having the door slammed in his face on the last day. If he makes stupid comments about the standing of his side compared to the top 3 "as good as Man U......and Chelsea are scared of us" If he starts to sulk when results go wrong.....etc.....then we might start to get concerned.
Meanwhile, let him get on with his job. Let's remember that this was the man with the tactical genius to sit, unconcerned, in full control, as the goals went in through the first 45 of the big Euro Final, confident that nothing need be done until half time. Some idiots say he was lucky, They just don't know a good manager when they see one.
The team is in good hands.
