Bernie the Clot's enstranged parents, were on the ITV2 program Judge Judy today. They were claiming against Durex. The plaintiffs claimed that during a love session the rubber split due to bad workmanship. As a result such a little knobby clot was born. Namely Bernie. They claimed the accident had caused so much pain and embarrasment to them. That they feel Durex should be held Accountable for the actions.. Durex counterclaimed that the mistake, caused the couple to have a wonderful child, which has and would bring them much more happiness. Judge Judy took one look at Bernie and read a few of his posts and swiftly threw the counter claim out of court and awarded the plaintiffs their claim. The judge remarked "due to your mistake Durex, this couple have suffered unbelievable suffering."
