no, not the donor. the person who was on the list who got refused because he got one
Alex Ferguson 717An understandable sentiment in may ways I suppose, but amazing that you can't take your plea for reason one stage further...
What person is that then Simon? You got a name? You're just looking a total tit by making a mbuttive buttumption that at that moment in time there was someone else, who had *never* drunk, smoked, taken drugs (using your qualifying criteria here btw) or done anything else you puritanical zealots (rather than anti Man U zealots) would see as eliminating them from being a 'deserving case' Its total bollox that he jumped the queue, organ donation does not work like that. A person could be number one in the queue for 5 years due to a number of reasons, ie lack of suitable doner or not being physically able of surviving the operation. Most people die before a suitable match is found, its got f*** all to do with famous people jumping the mythical 'queue'. Now get off the high horse and next time you or a member of your family does something 'stupid' like falling off of a ladder or cutting themselves with a knife etc etc please come back and confirm to us all that you didn't rush down to casualty and waste *my* f***ing money by expecting the NHS to treat you in front of someone who was 'more deserving'.
