You are almost certainly correct, but why would you expect them to be any different from most of the others who give their opinions in these groups or on radio? Don't you ever read the posts here? I have never been to a Chelsea newsgroup but doubt if it could be worse than most of the blinkered moronic crap below. If you want objective views why not try an Islamic discussion group -))......better chance there than in any football site.

As I said,,,,its about par for the course, But to be fair,,,,they did have the only 2 shots which looked likely to score? But what is this "we're not fit" etc? Do you play for the side? Are you one of those highly paid foreigners the fans are so keen to identify with. Do you really think of yourself as part of the team like the rest of the fans of all clubs? You are a customer chum. Nothing more nothing less. You pay to watch a game of football, and even if you are idot enough, or have such a need to belong that you wear the right coloured shirt to do it, it changes nothing really does it?

I agree, although Pool came out with some pluses. The midfield was slicker (at least up to the last third) and Crouch gets better each game. But i suppose all this has to be taken against a Chelsea side who seemed to be playing for a point?

And now head first into the sort of crap you are complaining about. You talk about arrogance and blinkered rantings by their fans and do the same yourself which is typical. "We have been doing it for 40 years"???? WE?? LOL. Do you really need to identify so closely? To cling to history and past glory to help get you though the leaner times? Its a game pal. Great game it may be, but not one worth dumpimg your reason to support your team. The fact is, if you can bear it, as an old Pool favourite said last night "Boring? we were called exactly the same when we were at the top" I have been watching Pool since the late 50's and it is true. That is exactly what other fans said. A fine ,well organised defence, some clbutt scattered about up front and a relentless machine like superiority. There were more attractive sides to be honest, but none as efficient.

Chelsea don't bore me, How could they with the clbutt they have in so many places? Their superiority might become boring, but thats the fault of others not them.

I thought the Reds had a decent game last night and it might promise better things. Pity if all they achieved was a home 0-0 draw against a side who are, according to you, so bloody awful?
