sorry, i'm just trying to get an idea of how widespread you believe the "problem" to be. I doubt very much that stephen warnock, gerrard, alonso et al are going to jeopardise their entire careers for a little pick me up.

when you consider how commonplace the use of sugar is as a recreaional drug, I would have to conclude that athletes in general are pretty much clean and dead set against the idea of abusing their bodies which after all are the key to their sustained success.

if players in the lower leagues want to snort the odd line and party good on 'em. who could blame them, they're basically at the dogs arse end of the sport and in some cases are only earning above average salaries. If i was on their wages I'd be tempted to do the same and live it up. premiership-championship level i guess the stakes are too high(no pun) for flirting with narcotics or performance enhancing drugs.

as mutu and bosnich etc will no doubt testify.

the word mbuttive was only used as an indicator as to how much drug use there is in football, i say it's minimal. i swear i once saw a pro football player tripping to the toilets in a bar "mysteriously frequently" only a year or so ago. his sidekick was "guarding " the loo entrance...... hmmmm.

it has great(ie enormous) effects, take it from me. cyclist perform super human feats on EPO-amphetamine as did ben johnson. remember? That's how powerful this poo is. unless you're doing crack i which case you don't even know if the season has started ;-) BTW did you read my michael robinson article and the paragraph on the pot smoking talsimanic M‡gico Gonz‡lez?

the first time i went to glastonbury we pbutted a sign that said "police speed check"........ my how we laughed, but at the time we were very..... very........... very..... high. ;-)
