Wrong.

Ferguson did NOT improve as time went on, unless of course you're comparing Houllier's 6 years with Ferguson's 19. The fact that you admit Ferguson didn't do very well in his first 6 years but "improved as time went on" suggests you're not comparing like with like, which of course will always put Houllier in a bad light. The only fair comparison is the first 6 years for both managers, and I can tell you Ferguson comes out far, far worse than Houllier in this regard, ***and*** what's more, Ferguson showed absolutely no sign whatsoever in these first 6 years of what was to come. Houllier ***did*** show signs of better to come over his 6 years at Liverpool, but we decided to kick him out because he hadn't delivered in these 6 years what it took Ferguson 7 (league) and 13 (Europe) years to deliver.

The facts are there for everyone to see alright, but they choose to ignore them. Isn't it time you dealt in fact and not fantasy? I'll gladly move on ***when*** the rest of you stop tolerating in Benitez what you would never countenance in Houllier. It's you lot that keep this thing rolling, and I'm all too glad to help it along. You wouldn't believe how much the hypocrisy stinks from my side, you really wouldn't.

So let's look at the facts again shall we? You can address them one by one afterwards and show me how exactly you have come to your conclusion that Ferguson improved as time went on.

Houllier's 6 years at Liverpool saw him finish 7th 4th 3rd 2nd 5th and 4th Ferguson's first 6 years at Man Utd saw him finish 11th 2nd 11th 13th 6th and 2nd

11th twice and 13th once eh?

Unbelievable.

Who would have guessed!!!???

The facts speak for themselves, DON'T YOU THINK?

I mean it must have been clear to everybody with eyes in his head how it was only a matter of time before Ferguson won the league, considering how well he did taking Utd from 11th to 2nd back to 11th and then on to 13th in just 3seasons.

Nemanja Vidic
Reds in £4.5m swoop for Serb Nov 25 2005 EXCLUSIVE by Chris Bascombe, Liverpool Echo LIVERPOOL have bid £4.5m for Serbian international defender Nemanja Vidic. Rafa Benitez hopes to secure the signing of a centre...

Come back to me when you get a f***ing clue then we can put these things on a level playing field and see who comes out on top every time.

PS I haven't mentioned all the trophies Houllier won in his 6 years at the club either. You know the ones surely, the 7 or 8 he won compared to Ferguson's big fat f***ing ZERO????

Would you prefer it if I left that for another post, or do you want me to finish you off now and have done with it?? Thanks gayboy. See you when you have your facts unmuddled ROTFL!!! -- "Truth's a dog must to kennel; he must be whipped out when the Lady Brach may stand by the fire and stink" -- The Fool
