First you get a team that is widely tipped to be relegated after finishing 17th the season before. You bring in two lower league players for a combined transfer outlay of just over £2.5 million. Then you sell your best player on transfer deadline day (meaning you can't bring in any reinforcements to help you out) just to make your task that bit more difficult. Then you go out and play well until Christmas beating a lot of teams who are predicted to finish much higher in than the league than you. Then you sell your best player again. They you try and patch up your team with a couple of signings (but after the dealings your squad is actually smaller-) which mean's you have to change the formation. Then you battle on while your team tries to get to grips with this new formation. After a few f*** ups you start to win again and beat yet more teams who are predicted to finish much higher in than the league than you. Eventually you collect 61 points, sit back and enjoy the spectacle of other clubs clamouring for Premiership survival safe in the knowledge that you have wiped the smile off a lot of smug pundits faces.

Does that answer your question?
