Totally and utterly wrong. It is not subjective to say that a 38 game league is a better measure of a team's ability than say, a 13 game CL competition.
It is an indisputable fact that the best team in England always wins the Premiership but the best team in Europe doesn't always win the CL. Or any other ko competition.

Not at all. I value the CL highly and am very proud to have seen my team lift it as part of our Treble. This discussion is not subjective. A 38 game league, where every team plays every other team twice, is a better measure of a team's ability than a 13, or fewer, game competition where the luck of the draw plays an important part.
I am staggered that even someone of your limited intellect cannot grasp this fairly simple fact.

Providing the league involves playing more games than the ko comp and against the same teams that everyone else in the league plays (ie - the Premiership) the answer to the above is also (b).
