Simple as that... He is the *heart and soul* of Chelsea... He is the man that sets the standards that other players have to follow... He is the man who will throw himself in the way of a ball... Even if it's risky to him physically... To stop the opposition scoring... That's *exactly* what we want from our captain... England NEED a captain like Terry! Simple as that! I honestly believe that England, as a team, would be better as a team if Terry was the Captain... He raised his game when he was made Captain of Chelsea... I beleive he will again rise to the challange of being Captain of his country! He simply is the man for the position....
Dont get me wrong, I'm very fond of Lamps... I love to see him strike goals... But between Terry and Lamps.. to be honest, Terry is the man for me...
