New FIFA Rule needed: Sent Off With Substitution #2
Generally, a player losing his temper does very little real damage that affects the Sport. Compare what Rooney did to what Carvalho tried to do in trying...

no it's not strange at all

it's a direct consequence of having a manager who is not able to motivate his side until they are at least a goal down, and more often two if not three goals down. It's also a consequence of having a manager who doesn't know what side to pick, and where to play somebody, and how to get his players to defend properly, and how to get forwards and midfielders into the box when we are attacking, instead of having them 40 yards behind the action, etc.

Benitez and his little favourites
Alonso -- played f***ing poo today, so what does Benitez do -- leave him on and take Sissoko off. Garcia -- f***ing pooe again, far worse than Smicer ever...

And if you think we played much better in the second half yesterday you must be blind. We were quite stylish if a little aimless in the first half, but we were utterly appalling in the second, with our only resort the long, cross-field ball.

Rafa Benitez got lucky in May 2005 because an injury to Steve Finnan forced him to play Hamann who should have been playing from the start. Since then he's been a moderate if not totally mediocre manager who is about as good tactically as the famous Tinkerman himself Mr Ranieri.

It's an absolute scandal he's been allowed to stay this long, walking all over the true fans of Liverpool Football Club as though we were dirt. The sooner he's gone and we get a decent manager back again the better.
