Fowler's 2nd coming

Good piece of business, Rafa!

1. Fowler's signing has obviously boosted the morale of the club. Whereas the morale of the club was already high following our recent good performances, I think the return of RF has just brought it up a notch.

2. Fowler's love and pbuttion for the club and his desperation to come back will be an inspiration to the players. Let the lads see what wearing the reds of Liverpool really mean, and that they are a priviledged bunch to have played day in day out in the same red shirt that some other players would die for. This should have a knock on effect on the players and the presence of Fowler in his red jersey again will inspire the lads to show greater commitment on and off the field.

3. Fowler's a great striker no matter how he's been playing over the last several years. They say form is temporary, clbutt is permanent. Since our strikers haven't been playing all that superbly, I think Fowler is a good player to bring in now, even if it's just to give our strikers a kick up their behinds. Moreover I suspect the red shirt alone would inspire Fowler to be really fired up. Don't think he's going to be the same Fowler who used to bang in the goal for us anymore, being older and out of shape and all that but I bet he will now go on to play better that he's ever played in the last 4+ years away from Liverpool. Given that he obviously still know the direction of the goal, all he needs is just some good shaping up. And I won't bet against him.

4. I'd rather have a player like Fowler who's pbuttionate about the club; who's willing to play for his love for Liverpool alone. If only all the LFC players can be half as pbuttionate as Fowler! Hopefully SG will learn a thing or two from Fowler. I'd give Fowler the armband just for his love for the club alone!
