You clearly have no understanding of the difference between the phrases 'being accused of a crime' and 'committing a crime'. Just so we can all get this clear in our minds and continue to piss ourselves laughing at you, are you saying that every single person ever 'accused' of a crime has to answer for it in a court of law? Is that what you're saying?
So if say for instance I was to go to a police station and 'accuse' you of the violent rape of a child, are you saying that if the police *don't* prosecute you in court (as in the case of George Best) because they think it's a trumped up accusation or a very weak case then, to quote your own words, something 'very sick and potentially dangerous' has occurred, is this what you're saying?
