So in an effort to further your education i suggest you look up the word "cultural" at dictionary.com. For example...
"relating to the arts and manners that a group favors" "deriving from or distinctive of the ways of living built up by a group of people" "influenced by ethnic and cultural ties" "shared knowledge and values of a society"
You understand yet thicko Simon? Notice how it mentions common culture defining groups of people, and remember how the "race" link talked about groups of people defined by common culture.

Ok, Racism against Romany Gypsys has been well documented across Europe. And yet by your feeble grasp of the subject they cant actually be subject to racism because they dont have a fixed country of origin to be properly considered a race. Funnily enough though, they are considered a race, and can be subject to racism by the simple fact they as a group are often discriminated against. And what defines them as a race? Yes you guessed it, (actually you probably didn't), their culture, the way they live and the values they live by, their common heritage. Almost all people would agree the characteristic that defines them above all else is not the country where they are from but the way they live. In fact i doubt you would find many who would even suggest that the country they are from has anything to do with defining them as a gypsy, and even if you did they'd have to be almost as thick and ignorant as you.
Btw, talking of racism, you aint doing much to dispel the stereotype that brummies are generally thick as poo. ;-)
