That coming back trip starts pretty early. A very good friend of mine, who lives more or less same distance as the one between AtatYrk International Airport and AtatYrk Olimpiyat Stadi, after a match of the Turkish NT lost 6 hours in the traffic jam to reach back home. Reaching the stadium is a logistic nightmare, they placed that in the outskirt of the metropolitan area, really badly served from roads (AFAIK, I visited the area last time in September 2004, they could have arranged better roads in the while). Anyway they are pretty close, so if you will not get in trouble or traffic jams, you could still make that. Make sure some Turkish driver bring you there, wait you there and bring you back at the airport. If the coming back trip land off from the other airport (chances there are if that is a charter flight), at Sabiha Gsk¨en airport, reaching that at 4AM leaving the stadium at 11PM is very hard in any given day of low traffic, when you have 80 thousand people in your way more the already huge traffic of Istanbul, I do believe that is virtually impossible.
