If Robert Kraft had pulled out of any thoughts of taking over or buying into Liverpool FC. The NE Pats have just taken a 3rd superbowl in 4 years with a team who actually are a team and play like one, to do this he has had to convinced players to stay and form the backbone of a successful team whilst forcing them to take a paycut due to the rules that are present in NFL.
His business sense, communication skills and enthusiasm for sport are what Liverpool FC could do with, infact it is what 17 teams in the PL would want, if Parry (and Moores) have turned their noses up at a chance for LFC to turn around its fortunes within a decent period of time then they surely must go.
Just to stroke Popes ego i will say i think Houllier may well of been a victim of the boards inability to market the club, but i will say exactly the same for Roy Evans aswell. When other clubs were getting rich Liverpool FC were clinging onto hope instead of pushing for marketing deals and income from outside of europe.......we have missed out because of poor buisiness decisions or lack of knowledge.
