Billy I agree, I saw much of Lazio vs Juve last night, it was a battle all game long for both sides with a stunning "personal" goal...

I seriously couldn't give a f*** about 4th place, i am way more concerned with building a team that is able to secure 1st place and having some investment pulling potential, how is this going to be achieved?

Actually we pbutted the ball quite well for most of the game but all got knocked off the ball too easily, only SG-MP-JC-SH had any mettle...

Yes obviously finishing in a champions league slot is going to help revenue but there is simply no guarentee of how far we could get, we were almost out in the group stages this year, 3 goals needed in 45 minutes of football with no other goals scored against us was a huge ask (and thankfully we responded to it).

Throughout the past year Liverpool have been unable to secure decent funding from outside sources, why? The blame must surely lie with those who are doing the negotiating, i am pretty sure we let a big fish escape with L4 and a takeover bid of a possible $195 million.

In a little over 3 months time we should be clear about Liverpools finances this financial year, last year was a near £22 million loss, the CL campaign should of helped out in a big way this year along with the American jaunt pre season. However no investment has been coming in from outside and with the cost of a new stadium being around the £115 million mark it is a worry, especially given that Moores is being advised by Parry, who, has already rejected 3 offers, the one from L4 being the most significant.

I think it is obvious that Parry is no good for LFC, he fails to impress potential investors and fails to impress a lot of the fans (i think), with the CL success this season we are stuck between a rock and a hard place, but unless the twat can get some significant investment into LFC this summer then Moores has got to realise that Parry isn't the man for the job.

It is amazing how one person can have such a negative effect on a club.
