I know Kewell's had a decent season, but for so long we had a player on our hands that we couldn't have give away. I was hoping he'd come in to some form and fitness sooner or later, but if it was me I'd listen to offers. That said, it won't bother me if he stays as long as he proves longterm he can keep fit. I was quite impressed with Zenden before he went out. As regards his injury, it's a cruciate knee ligament which is not a chronic long term injury but one where a full recovery is expected.

I can't help that some time with Fowler would bring him on in this respect. I remember how Fowler used to bring the best out of Collymore. If he can't learn off Robbie there's no hope for him and he can move on, but while he's still on the books it'd be a shame not to try the only partnership that wasn't really tried properly last season, and the one that in some people's eyes made the most sense.
