Nearly missed this one my usual bar weren't advertising it (but they were on Sunday) so I went to get a burger and chips after which I had a look at another pub I go to very rarely and they were advertising it but I had my doubts - peering through the windows I saw a foreign channel I`d never seen before - when I saw the half way line with Liverpool vs Fulham Barclays Premiership I knew it was game on.
So I went inside and sat in front of their big screen it was TPS Foot a french channel with french commentary. Well the game didn't start to well and we looked a bit weak but had a few good chances after 20mins the landlord realised it was on ART Sports 3 so turned over and we had english commentary. Then Robbie scored shortly after YES!!! then of course some minutes later we conceded that terrible goal...
I just felt uncomfortable sitting there in that pub I don't usually frequent but fortunately we managed to create an og and everything was sweet again at HT. At which point I went back up the road to my usual who were also showing the game on ART Sports 3 but just weren't advertising it anymore - it wasn't advertised on ART Sports on satfootball.com or the official ART Sports site
The 2nd half was better and we scored 3 more goals - everyone got a goal tonight Robbie, Morientes, Crouch and even Warnock! Great result.
