Lol! Make you right on Lost though! Shocking.

Good post. Don't agree with the miners, their strike, or the way they turned on those who continued to work. Again, a sign that the left does not beleive in freedom of choice.

Kyoto is failing anyway, as the biggest polluting nation, America, just isn't interested in environmental policies (not surprising when the Bush administration is a wholly owned subsidary of Halliburton Oil).

Most of the now tedious posts in this thread (mine included) seem to be about more than the economic principles of Left and Right. A lot of them are just mindless posts about clbutt war; how thatcher was this great evil who blighted this country. When Foot was leader of HM oppostion and proposed to remove the UK's nuclear deterrent (the Left were always intnet on that) no one voted for him, because he was wrong. Same with Kinnock. Blair managed to convince this country that the Red Devil of Labour-socialist party politics had vanished. Your point about the left moving into local government and other public scetor employment is spot on. What the Left grasped was that they were never going to get back into power, so the best way to affect the social cahnge which they wanted was to control the institutes that made policy. But, again they have been provedn wrong. The country is now being end from the inside by the Left's courting of Islamic nutters. One this that does amaze me about their double standards; They bang on about equality for all, yet there is never a left wing uproar about the forced arranged marrigies and so called "honour killings". Again double standards and reason enough to demonstrate that the left don't want to bring about any real social change other than clbutt war.

I'll never, ever, ever vote for the left, but i can't vote Tory anymore while Cameron is in cahrge, because like Blair he has no real political belief's other than his right ( he thinks) to govern. in that way Cameron is alo left wing.
