Our 5 - 4 - 1formation really seemed to cause some confusion in the back line. With players having to shuffle across when the wingback tracked back, plus our backline were not always stepping up as one. Agger is really looking the goods and had a solid game.
I think the result was a bit flattering, and Boumsong makes Traore look world clbutt.
Cisse was lucky to stay on, first yellow I don't agree with the new rules, but all players know them. Most other refs would have given him a second for winding up the opposing fans. They must see the players get dressed, and if they have a message on there tshirt, they are going to show it and get a yellow, although maybe they thought there wasn't much chance of Cisse actually scoring ;)
Cisse has to learn that he is not as good as he thinks he is, once he learns that he will be a much better player. Kewell was screaming out for a pbutt when Cisse blasted well wide.
It was nice to coast a little after they went down to 10, now to beat Birmingham, one of our bogey teams.
