OT: US uses chemical weapons in Iraq 4239w w w (18 & 5)" wrote in message... How can the evasion of justice and Blair's support of human rights violators (like China and Saudi Arabia) possibly support your position...
quite the contrary. I oppose our enemies, and support our friends and allies... as stated many times. Anybody that would rejoice in my rest, or rest of my friends, families and allies is an enemy of mine. Anybody that tortures, kills or deliberately culls innocent men, women and children (not as an accident during conflict) is not to be tolerated (we don't stand firm against many countries imo, which I am against). The situation with those girls in Saudi is digusting and inhumane. Can you imagine if Bush or Blair was ok with certain sections of society being locked inside a burning building? You lot would be foaming at the mouth. Iraq war was justified imo, whatever the real motive I support it and our troops. I would also support the same in Iran and Syria, and some African countries if it happened. As the most powerful and affluent countries on the planet, we have a moral duty not to stand by and allow people to liquidate indescriminately and have to stop potential psychos and threat to the globe having their chance. Extreme religious fanatics who rejoice at flying airliners into buildings fall into this category. It's easy to whine, criticise and pick holes with our leaders, but put yourself in the very difficult situation. Would everyone have been forgiving if Iraq had kept and developed WMD and launched them? Or would Blair and Bush have been slagged for doing nothing as the UN was being defied year after year ?
