*Sources are reporting that the legendary NYC club CBGB's may be forced to close its doors. The clock is counting down to August when it, if lease-renewal negotiations with its landlord aren't settled with a new agreement, has to close. The club have been receiving tons of e-mails on

*NO USE FOR A NAME has announced that their upcoming "teaser" EP Black Box has been delayed indefinitely. The band will be releasing their next full length Keep Them Confused on June 14th.
*GOLDFINGER has announced the upcoming release of their Best of Goldfinger retrospective release. The collection will also includes several hard-to-find soundtrack songs, an unreleased track as well as a DVD of music videos from the band.
*Epitaph has announced that the tenth edition of their PUNK-O-RAMA compilation series will arrive on June 7th of this year.
*LESS THAN JAKE are currently working on a new album. A message from the band says: Right now we are pouring over new songs ......recording drums in a bright blue bedroom, horns in a hallway, vocals in what used to be the dining room (.)twelve songs for our first round of demos.
*MXPX have announced the title and the release date of for their new record. The new record is called "Panic" and the release date is July 12.

*Sometimes the rumours are actually true. SAOSIN has signed with Capitol Records. After the band returns home from the Taste Of Chaos tour, they'll go into the studio to finish work on their debut full-length.
