You can walk-jog and take a tea and ciggie break every 10mins if you want. What I meant by this post is that you are confusing an event like Ironman with strict time limits and conditions suited to the elite, with the 'act' of just boxing, be it on your own or with a suitable crap boxer. That's what the you can 'do' Iron man was meant to signify, you can 'do' it if you put the same lax conditions to each event.
What I tried to make obvious in the post, is that you comparing an event to act of boxing is stupid. If you are not going to put strict professional conditions to boxing e.g Title match. I will take away the strict conditions of Iron man, hence my words: 'walk and jog the whole thing with tea and ciggies.'
No where do I mention that boxing is the most demanding of *all*, at best I can be accused of favouring boxing to iron man. To be honest I've not thought hard on which is the most demanding of *all*.
The rest of the posts where failed attempts to analogies why you comparing an event to an act is stupid. You even got *confused* when I switched the tables, and in jest compared the strict conditions of an event of boxing (heavyweight championship) to an iron man without strict conditions.
