TBH I don't know any adults who have suddenly discovered that they support Chelsea - the last person (4 or 5 years ago) I know who started supporting Chelsea was another guy I used to work with who went to a few games and ended up supporting them - but presuming they must be around, it really depends on what type of fan they are. If they are one of the latent fans i.e. the have taken in interest in Chelsea but are not what you could call an active fan then I have no problem. If it's one of the I used to support Man. U. but now I support Chelsea then, well someone has to pay Lampard's wages and they're fcuk off when we are pooe again. All clubs have a variety of fans and more reasons for supporting them than you can shake a pointy stick at, funny thing is nobody is says they started supporting "Team A" because they were wining things. So yep if Chelsea carry on winning things I expect a new generation of fans to be 'born' just as has happened to Liverpool and then Man. U. I wonder how many of Liverpool fans here are 30 somethings with no obvious connection to Liverpool. :-)
