You get me wrong my good man. I wasn't criticising just stating that traditionally punching keepers and English football haven't mixed too well in the past but then nor did zonal marking and that worked out quite well ;o)

Some players should NEVER attempt the long ball and most of our defenders fall into this category. Good thing our midfielders make up for it.

...and that's after improving so much last season. If he continues in the same vein under Rafa then who knows. A good squad player who definitely won't go crying to the press for lack of first team footy.

Too committed some times but than can never be a bad thing.

Looked better as a LM as there was cover behind him but a decent LB. Young with plenty time to learn.

Clbuttier than Scholes at least.
