When you say "drugs" - do you mean tea and coffee? Aspirins? Parrotseatthemall? The word "Drugs" covers are very large spectrum. What you really need to do is stand back and look at it rationally. You knew someone who died from a injection OD. My heart goes out to you. That is very unfortunate indeed. But I still can't grasp why cannabis should be illegal because of that. I have shown that this is a direct result of prohibition - if he bought his weed in a coffeeshop, or someplace similar, he would never have come into contact with the smack dealer. Now you said, in answer to that, that if he wasn't smoking cannabis, he would have not met the dealer - well, he would have smoked cannabis anyway - his mind was made up. A stupid, unfair law would *not*, and did *not* prevent that happening. Now, with the benefit of hindsight, and please look inside and answer me honestly: Would you prefer he bought it, which he would have done regardless, from a coffeeshop with no injection dealers, or a "multi-drug pusher" who will and did actively encourage his transgression to hard drugs? An honest answer, please?
