Chelsea charged over drugs policy
Del+ sorry, i'm just trying to get an idea of how widespread you believe the "problem" to be...

They *DON'T* though!!! You would be physically slung from *any* and *all* coffeeshops in Holland for even asking about hard drugs - and I've seen it done several times. On one occasion, a guy, on one of my several trips to Holland, was asking other customers for the availability of hard drugs - several people reported him and he was ejected from the premises. That is the done thing in Holland - in *all* cases. You ask what is stopping them, and the answer is simple - they would lose their coffeeshop license. That is not the only reason of course, the other is that they all *hate* hard drugs, and what they can do to people, as much as you or I.

On the other hand, when I lived in Rusholme, Manchester, I knew of at least two pubs where you could go up to a regular and buy smack or crack. Shall we ban pubs? No? Why not? Because you are a selfishly thinking that in that case, you would not be free to frequent such places, and therefore unable to indulge in your liver rotting activities. Does this not strike you as unfair.... FOR A SINGLE f***ING MOMENT?
