Rafa Benitez has insisted that he has no intentions of leaving Liverpool, amid reports of real Madrid being interested.
The Madrid-born coach led The Reds to UEFA Champions League glory in his first season at Anfield, and has now set his sights on challenging for the title.
Real Madrid have endured a poor start to the season and three defeats in a week have led to calls for Wanderley Luxemburgo to be sacked.
Benitez has been the man mentioned in some speculation linking him with a quick return to Spain with his hometown club - where he used to take charge of the youth set-up.
Reds chief executive Rick Parry says the club are desperate to keep hold of the Spaniard and Benitez insists he is happy on Merseyside.
"At this moment I am very happy here," Benitez told the club's website.
"I am focused on the games we have coming up and I want to win things with my club.

"I don't want to waste my time talking about other possibilities. I am focused on my team, winning matches and I am happy at Liverpool."
Benitez has been in Italy to collect the award for 'Best Coach in Europe' after a ceremony in Udinese, and he is delighted with the accolade.
"I am delighted to have been named the best coach in Europe, but this award isn't for me," added the former Valencia boss.
"It's for the club, my staff, the players and our supporters. It's impossible to win trophies and be successful if you don't have the support of people around you at the club."
