"They are probably not winning games because they are an offensive minded team and maybe they leave spaces at the back.
"We've just got to do our job tomorrow night. We want to play as well as possible, create chances and look to win the game. If we win then we will have a good advantage over them in the group."
Benitez wouldn't reveal whether Sami Hyypia will make a return to the side after missing out on Saturday.
"The players don't know the team yet and neither do I," he added. "We'll wait until tomorrow before making a decision. It's a possibility that Sami could come back because he is a player with a lot of experience."
