CRouch has yet to be given a chance. PRe season form he linked up really well with CissZ. For me it is too early to judge him.
Ditto with Reina but to me he looks better than Dudek but wait till the end of the season.

Figo did not come because he is a greedy get. Wanted RM to cough up his last years wages. Fair enough he is entitled but he always wanted to play in the premiership. When offered the chance to, money spoke loud and clear.
Gonzales will happen in Jan depending on how well he recovers from injury.
We have plenty of squad players at CB, Josemi, Traore etc. I would prefer to pool the cash and buy 1 really good one.
I have a funny feeling Kewell is going to return with a vengeance this year.
Our problem last year was the away games where we were feckin awful. Too early to say if this will improve but judging by the Middleborough performance it is looking promising. Remember this was straight after an away European game. I still consider it 2 points dropped though.
PLayers will have adjusted more to how Rafa wants them to play as well and I still think we will be 4th but the gap between us and 3rd will be a lot smaller.
At least we won't be linked to anybody and have the saga dragged out drip by drip for weeks in the media.
