It is incredible that so many England soccer players were known to be involved in Organized Crime Gambling division spending and debts just months before the World Cup 2006. Rooney, Owen, Terry, Lampard, Ferdinand, all gambling addicts ?
All who had lousy World Cup events ? Rooney who purposely had himself Sent Off against Portugal to Decide that match against his country, and end England's chances. Owen, who claimed injury in the first match and did not play further, thereby preventing England from replacing him throughout the rest of World Cup 2006. Lampard who had a disgraceful World Cup. Ferdinand who was replaced in one match by Sol Campbell, for playing lousy against weak opposition.
The question is: were these debts with UK Organized Crime really to purchase Bets, OR to purchase what soccer players who cheat might really Need: illegal performance enhancing drugs like Undetectable Steroids and Human Growth Hormone ?
Undetectable Steroids are like an Arms Race. Once they are discovered and a test established to recognize that variation on the molecule, then another molecule with the same steroid effect must be designed. Organized Crime loves continuing criminal enterprises like that, and are always willing to help. For a price. And the price here is for the players to sell out their country in the World Cup event so Organized Crime Gambling interests can make a killing betting against their country, scooping up the money of British gamblers who bet For their country.
When Colombia's Andres Escobar in World Cup 1994 scored an Own Goal for the US in their group match, he was liquidateed when he returned home. His countrymen clearly did not think this was an honest mistake. What will Brits do, even those Brits addicted to gambling sports betting, when they find out that Rooney & Co sold out their country for bribes ?
And did these Organized Crime Gambling operatives lean on Rooney to have himself Sent Off against Portugal as a payoff to:
1) keep this supply of illegal perforance enhancing drugs secret and continuing to flow, and 2) they could make a Gambling killing betting against the bets Brits made for England to win the World Cup 2006 ?
So many England international players with gambling additictions... Cor, what a big head that Rooney has... Who do these guys think they are fooling ?
Looks like the UK Sunday Mirror has done only one third of their job.

================================================== 9 April 2006 WORLD EXCLUSIVE: WAYNE ROONEY'S £700,000 BET DEBTS England camp's turmoil..he can't pay up Owen introduced him to private bookie By Rupert Hamer ENGLAND ace Wayne Rooney has run up gambling debts of £700,000, the Sunday Mirror can reveal. The striker is part of a secret dressing room gambling ring which includes teammates Michael Owen, John Terry, Frank Lampard and Rio Ferdinand. WORRIED: Rooney What started as a light-hearted "school" run by racing fan Michael Owen has spiralled out of control and has caused friction and bad feeling in the camp just two months before the World Cup. Rooney, along with Lampard, Terry and Ferdinand, have been placing bets on credit with one of Owen's business partners, Stephen Smith, who runs a private bookmakers Goldchip Ltd. Owen introduced the players to him at the start of the season when their bets got too big for him to handle himself. While other players have enjoyed some success, the 20-year-old Manchester United star found himself losing tens of thousands of pounds on horses, dogs and football matches he wasn't involved in. His business managers were horrified when he finally confessed that he was being chased for £700,000. Now a legal battle is being waged between them and Goldchip. Last night Rooney's Manchester United manager Sir Alex Fergusson and FA bosses were made aware of the betting crisis. The row - just two months before the start of England's World Cup campaign in Germany - has led to some divisions in the squad. An England insider said: "The debts have caused a lot of friction between certain players. The betting started out as a bit of harmless fun run by Owen to pbutt the time but it has spiralled into something very serious. "The lads were betting on horses, dogs and football matches they weren't connected to. They were concerned that there would be some bad publicity if details of the betting got out. So Michael, who is a very accomplished gambler, suggested they use his own private bookie and business partner Stephen Smith. ...........continues........... ===================================================
