Here's the important part you keep glossing over: Keane's tackle is a self-confessed premeditated buttault on Haaland. As for any other player in the league, they get the benefit of the doubt until they confess to something different. For me, I doubt Steven has EVER made a tackle on a player that wasn't meant to either get the ball or prevent a play, even when they're done out of frustration. Keane didn't even know if the ball was there according to him.

Now you want to argue that there's nothing special about what Keane did or said. You're a crackpot if you believe that.
