I would suggest dropping the ultra-defensive negative formation for starters. Then dropping that clown Crouch till he can learn how to score. Then getting Garcia to put as much effort in for Liverpool as he does for Spain. And I'd tear Hyypia's contract up too, something which is long overdue.
