True. We all know about these sides who do well early but fade as the season goes on, but I thought before the season started that this time it might be different? Pools realistic hope was never a top 3 this year given the ground there was to make up on the big 3. But the cash which comes with 4th is vital for the future buying and building and there are planty of improving sides in the running for that lone spot. Spurs are still in the mix but likely to improve rather than drop away. West Ham are getting the confidence which comes with regular good results. Boro and Bolton get mixed results but both capable of putting a good run together.
Man City are capable on their day and Blackburn improve week by week. This is going to be a real dog fight unlike the mainly 2 horse race with Everton last year which Pool failed to win.
