if everthing you describe above is completely true then further that these things are also true of Mourhino, Wenger, Ferguson...... all managers And they've all done it in some of the biggest games in recent times. Very recently in fact, SAF at the weekend, on the point about attempting to rescue a game with bringing on the players he should have started with. explain that, the bloke is THE most experienced manager in the league and knows only too well what Arsenal are capable of. Unless there is going to be a major change in the way Rafa operates, he's lost "it" or the team simply do not perform then we can expect some good results, he didn't put 82 points on the board, win an FA cup and the CL the year before entirely on luck or serendipity. The last 3 teams to win the Premiership are Arsenal, Chelsea and Chelsea. The latter have had the best team two seasons on th bounce, the former went on an historical unbeaten run and played some of the best football we've all ever seen along the way, frankly, the way to win the premiership is to be grinding out results, when needed, as chelsea seem adept at (as man u have for years), unless you're going the arsenal way of slick football.(yes, both chelsea and man u did their fair share of that also in winning titles)
Peanut Features 561poor about player when did he last have a cracking game? His pbutting whether long, short, quick, slow or otherwise has been really suspect for ages and not consisent enough...
I think we can lay off rafa, i mean you're talking about teams that have slipped away, in the case of arsenal from very recent outstanding form to barely qualifying for a CL place, where does that leave wenger in the light of what we might say about managers? yes he has a track record of success but so does our manager. it's not like querying the managers selection or decisions is unique to LFC. This is not to say the bloke is beyond criticism of course but once again I detect a hint of pickiness in your post, maybe that's something we're all guilty of.
