I made an error in my stats above, those were all-time posts, which IMO are even more telling, but let's keep it to last year. Also, I am using just a few 'known' posters from each NG as a sample.
Liverpool guys on United NG:

Okay, so we're more guilty over the last year. But a few points: 1) *Scoope X by himself is over half of the annoying volume on your NG and 2) All-Time you lot are still WAY, WAY ahead (see other post). and 3) bottom line is that the noise from both sides is close enough, that you have no basis from which to claim the higher ground. Pope doesn't claim to be a 'model poster' or anything.
There are other variations on this search that I dont' have the time of doing so right now. i.e. I'd bet that Mancs have said "kopite" or "granny-stabber" or "scouse" just as many times, if not more, than we have said "scum" or "mancs" or "manure".

So from this sample, more Mancs in the Arsenal NG than vice versa. All-time, it is much much more skewed, with the Mancs being evidently more obsessed over the Gunners who have now pbutted them both in recent accomplishments and style of football.
