No, you ask for £120,000 a week, think what it'll be like to have a 50% chance of winning the league and have a good chance of retaining any trophy that you've won(that's what I think about chances next yr in the CL) before your body slows you down, that's what I'd do.

If you are in a job for £40,000 per annum...and the bloke over the road says; "come and work for me, I'll pay you £50,000!", and you turn him down, you get called a f***ing idiot. If it's a footballer, you get called a f***ing "mercenary" if you do take the offer. It's crazy, I agree.

Although, in this case, it's not a pay rise, but rather job satisfaction-self improvement - still the same applies though. A job is a job is a job.
