Way i see it is different things work for different clubs in different situlations. I think rafa knows hes needs to learn more about the english game, taking the fa cup more seriously prehaps but then again the second string took us all the way to the final in the league cup? But hes gotta have the backroom staff that share the same ideas as him, talk the same language (i mean in football terms). However I think if we got kelly daglish to be our kit manager it would all cool :D
