You really don't get my point, or, if you get it, you seem appalled by it. That's not really my problem...

I honestly do think next domestic season can be 100% better than this season. Rafa now knows what to expect in the league and will spend the summer inventing his gameplans for the premiership. I think he already had his CL plans worked out from his time at Valencia.

I think he'll clear the dross out and start thinking about how he'd like to run things, this year I think he'll really start making his mark on the squad.

I think he needs to take a step back and be indescriminate over who he keeps, even if it means getting rid of people like Morientes or Gerrard*, I think he's got the bottle to do it, and judging by the newsgroup and atmosphere around the club, I think the fans would back him too.

Players at risk, in my opinion:

What a nasty piece of work you are. For a team like Liverpool, firing on dedication, pbuttion, long term strategy and man management...going against a team like Chelsea who can say: "Here, we'll take...

Vlad (I heard he already knows he's going?) Milan (Rafa has openly criticised him for his goal return) Kewell (Needs no comment) Sami perhaps???? (Exceptional performances in Europe and of late in the prem, incredible in the air, but not as comfortable as the other top centre halfs with the ball at his feet and not as quick). Jerzy (A few mistakes this season and also the signing of Carson could be ominous) Pellegrino (not adapted to the prem and only on a short term contract)

These are players who really formed the backbone of the late GH teams and perhaps Rafa will think a fresh start and replacing them with hungry players will be the way forward.

* Disclaimer - by no means am I saying he should be getting rid of these two, I was simply picking 2 of the more senior players at random!!
