I know it's all BS from the "official" site but **I** like to read the players reactions from games-the fans-LFC-Liverpool etc etc. First ALT then Pellegrino.......

"Anthony Le Tallec has described Tuesday's exhilarating Champions League victory over Juventus as the highlight of his career so far. The French youngster was a surprise starter for Liverpool against the Italian giants in the quarter-final first leg at Anfield.

It was his first start in a red shirt since returning from a loan spell with St Etienne and he played a key role in what was an impressive 2-1 win. "I think I had a good match," says Le Tallec, who is hoping to prolong his Liverpool career by winning over manager Rafael Benitez.

"I have never played at such a level, I am so happy, it is the best memory of my career. I have scored one goal in the Uefa Cup against Ljubljana, but this time it is something else.

"The derby against Everton was a very good experience for me. The fans in the stadium were fantastic and everybody was shouting and jumping. It was a very different atmosphere than Spain and more like it is in Argentina and I like that. For me it was a very nice experience and I will never forget this match.
