Seems everyone now thinks he was clueless, even newspaper hacks who once would only "question the wisdom" of his strange approach to preparing a squad for the WC. I have been posting about his pathetic management for years, but seemed to be in a minority judging by the replies?
Even 3 weeks ago my astonishment and anger at his weird Walcott choice was met by mainly Sven supporting views and plenty of reasons why it was such a clever decision....amazing!
Those who have recently joined the hate Sven bandwagon and now criticize the players for not taking direct action might ask themselves if they aren't guilty of the same, and instead of spouting off in NG's maybe they should let their views be known to the idiots at the FA. It only takes a couple of mins.
Questions along the lines of.........do they appreciate the contempt many football fans have for their selection of a manager who showed his incompetence very early, and the astonishing amount they paid for his services? Why were the FA so incompetent in handling the appointment of the new manager. and when can we expect the appropriate resignations which should normally follow such a waste of cash and opportunity for English football?
Sven took the job offered and who can blame him? The people who paid fortunes to keep him there are the ones to blame. You might also e-mail some of the hacks and ask them why there is anti FA campaign,
